What you will be involved in:

• Promoting company’s products, solutions and services
• Managing and maintaining an assigned customer portfolio
• Searching for sales opportunities in relation to existing or prospective clients
• Negotiating contracts and close agreements to increase profits
• Forecasting and maintaining client account metrics
• Liaising between the client and the development/ technical teams, ensuring requirements are met
• Coordinating activities of the client’s project
• Preparing reports regarding the progress on client accounts and providing them to the Sales and Marketing Manager
• Ensuring high quality of services delivered to clients, within agreed schedules
• Developing the company’s customer network by identifying new prospects and conducting meetings
• Analyzing the market
• Contributing to the team in general administrative issues

What you need:

• University graduate in Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Administration / Marketing or other related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent sales and marketing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good oral and written English and Greek
• Good organizational skills
• Good analytical skills
