Duties and challenges

Be part and support various teams executing projects/work such as:

• Prepare questionnaires for satisfaction, engagement, pulse and other surveys, collect and analyze results
• Organize seminars and workshops for clients
• Prepare seminar material
• Coordinate and work with HRDA (ANAD) for submitting applications for funding, through ERMIS, the new system of ANAD
• Conduct research on various fields
• Prepare tenders and proposals for submitting to clients
• Collect and analyze data, develop metrics and analytics
• Analyze companies and prepare their management and human resources infrastructure, including but not limited to organizational charts, job descriptions, policies and procedures, performance management systems, Training Needs Analysis.
• Prepare reports for clients

Must haves:

• Any degree – attitude counts
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and oral
• Ability to work within a team and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent knowledge and use of Office365 applications
• A growth mindset and an eagerness to learn.
• Energy, enthusiasm and ambition

Nice to haves:

• Up to 2 years related experience
• Knowledge of Power BI, SPSS or other statistical packages
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Flexibility and a willingness to get involved in multiple areas
