We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Associate Consultant. This role presents a well-defined and ambitious career path for professionals eager to advance quickly in the challenging consulting field.

Indicative responsibilities:

• Collaborate with diverse teams on various projects, contributing to their successful execution.

• Develop satisfaction, engagement, pulse, and other survey questionnaires while also analyzing collected data.

• Provide hands on support on the preparation of client seminars and workshops, including the preparation of relevant materials.

• Conduct comprehensive research across different fields to support the implementation of consulting projects.

• Draft tenders and proposals for clients.

• Collect, analyze, and present data, creating metrics and analytics.

• Analyze companies, preparing management and human resources infrastructure, such as organizational charts, job descriptions, policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
• Participate in the Talent Acquisition process for clients

• Generate reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 year of relevant experience 
• Proficient in written and oral Greek and English.

• Team player 
• Self organized and disciplined with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent command of Office365 applications.

• Embrace a growth mindset with a strong desire to learn.

• Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and ambition.

Added Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Power BI, SPSS, or other statistical packages.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Flexibility and willingness to engage in diverse tasks.
