Payroll Officer for Nicosia

On behalf of our client, a company specializing in yachting construction and maintenance internationally, we are looking for a motivated individual for the role of Payroll Officer to join their Payroll Department in Nicosia.
Duties and responsibilities
- Payroll processing
- Preparation of Statements for Management Department/ Social Insurance
- Preparation of reports
- Communication with foremen and staff
- Arrange monthly payment of Social Insurance
- Process the monthly annual leaves, sick leaves, maternity and other leaves and check the annual leaves balances
- Register and terminate employees to social insurance
- Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken
- Gather Payroll Data and assist in conduction of the monthly Payroll procedure
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of previous working experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting & finance or Higher Diploma in accounting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Critical thinking
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team
