On behalf of our client, an innovative technology company that offers strong career growth opportunities within a supportive and rewarding environment, we are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator.
Role Overview:
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR function by maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with day-to-day HR processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR activities.
What you be involved in:
· Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies), ensuring accuracy, proper filing, and confidentiality
· Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes and prepare related documentation
· Draft and prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, forms, and reports
· Maintain and update HR systems and internal databases (attendance, leave, training records, personnel files)
· Provide support for the performance appraisal process, including form preparation, record updates, and follow-up communication
· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics
· Support HR initiatives, training activities, and internal communication processes
· Other related responsibilities
What you need:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, HRM, Social Sciences or related field
· At least 1 year of relevant experience (max 3 years)
· Understanding of HR principles and Cyprus employment law
· Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Experience using HR software (e.g., Exelsys HCM System)
· Experience using the HRDAuth ERMIS system for training registrations and submissions
· Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
· Professional certification in HR or a related field (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) will be considered an advantage.
